Patria Credit Outsources Its Printing Services to Q'NET INTERNATIONAL

Bucharest, November 2nd, 2010– Q’NET INTERNATIONAL, IT&C services and solutions integrator, provided assistance to Patria Credit, the largest non-banking financial institution in Romania, specialized in microfinance, for the purpose of outsourcing the printing and copy services.

Thus, Patria Credit reached its objectives related to the reduction of the cost per page, homogenization of the printer inventory and outsourcing all the maintenance services and obtained a series of relevant benefits, such as the increase of the user's efficiency, cost reduction and downtime elimination.

Patria Credit is a dynamic company and the number of branches continues to increase.  This is how the need for a fast equipment installation and configuration and also for flexibility occurred in the form of an adequate endowment of the new branches.

'The solution proposed by Q'NET INTERNATIONAL has an increased degree of homogeneity; we defined a few location categories for which we established the adequate combination between a certain type of equipment and the necessary applications and services. Thus, the repetitive character, installation and configuration, become more facile' said Şerban Popa, Chief Information Officer, Patria Credit.

As for the costs, the use of professional equipment with a more beneficial cost per page, the centralized acquisition of consumables and granted volume discounts, determined a 30% reduction.  The most important benefit obtained by using new functionalities, such as scan-to-email, scan-to-folder and the reduction of the time allotted to scanning, copy and printing operations, represents an increase of the users' efficiency: the processing time for a file was reduced by at least 50%.

"As a result of the project developed by Q’NET INTERNATIONAL, we obtained a considerable increase of the branch output, as well a reduction of the printing and copy operations. Furthermore, these costs are easy to monitor on the level of the Financial Department, since we work with a single provider", said Serban Popa, Chief Information Officer, Patria Credit.
